This website is operated by Sip & Whisker ("we", "us", "our"). By visiting our store or buying from us, you agree to these Terms of Service. If you do not agree, please do not use the site. We may refuse or cancel an order, for example if an item is unavailable, if there is an error in the price or description, or if we suspect fraud. If we cancel an order you have paid for, we refund you in full. You agree to give current, complete and accurate details for every order.

Payments are processed by third-party payment providers. We do not store your full card details. By submitting an order you confirm that you are authorised to use the payment method.

These terms are governed by the laws of Malaysia, where we are based, without affecting any mandatory consumer rights you have under the laws of the place where you live.
